Before you order
Which size should I order?
Measure your pet and use the chart for your selected costume. A size S in one style may fit differently from a size S in another. If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the larger size.
Can I mix costumes and sizes?
Yes. Choose Nun, Serial Killer or Vampire separately for every item in your bundle. You can repeat the same style or choose different styles, each in its own available size.
Will my pet keep it on?
Every pet is different. Introduce the costume for a short session with praise and treats. If your pet freezes, struggles or seems distressed, remove it and try another time.
Can my pet wear it unsupervised?
Use costumes only for supervised photos or short activities. Remove the costume for sleep, rough play and whenever it affects your pet's movement or comfort.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of purchase. Delivery takes 4–7 days after processing.
